Yuta Narasaki
Managing Partner, BRAINIAC LLC
/ CEO, GAIWAYA Inc.

Born in Tokyo in 1987, Yuta Narasaki merges strategy-consulting rigor with hands-on product leadership. After completing an M.S. in Interdisciplinary Information Studies at the University of Tokyo, he joined Boston Consulting Group, where he drove strategy and digital-transformation projects for manufacturing and automotive clients.
In 2014 he co-founded BONX, first steering end-to-end hardware-and-software development as CTO, then building the company’s B2B business from scratch as COO, and ultimately overseeing strategic alliances, fundraising, process improvement, and customer success to expand recurring revenue.
In 2023 Yuta launched BRAINIAC LLC to help deep-tech and AI-driven startups scale. Working closely with independent VCs, he advises portfolio founders on strategy, fundraising, and organization design while leading several generative-AI product initiatives of his own.
Focus areas: deep-tech venture growth, 0→1 product strategy, generative AI applications, B2B go-to-market, cross-functional team leadership.
